Bidondo Church

 

The Philippines is a predominantly Catholic country, perhaps the only Christian country in South East Asia.  Like Thailand, their important landmarks are marked with religious buildings, however instead of temples, they have cathedrals and churches.  Minor Basilica of St. Lorenzo Ruiz or Bidondo Church is in the Bidondo area of Manila, primarily populated with Chinese hence its marks the Chinatown area of Manila.  The church was built in 1549 and is still an active church.
